🚚 Free standard shipping on all US orders. No minimum order required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of placement. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery on the carrier's website.

International Orders & Customs

For international orders (outside the US), your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. If you are unsure about import duties in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

  • Check the tracking information for updates
  • Check with neighbours or your local post office
  • Contact us at support@enoviva.com if the package is more than 5 business days overdue

We will investigate and, if the package is confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@enoviva.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched. Packages returned due to an incorrect address may incur additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
